For owners / The Repario programme

For the life
you share.
And what’s next.

You know their everyday joys. We want that knowledge to help shape better questions for veterinary research.

Repario is developing research ideas for animal care. You can ask about the programme, tell us which companion you are interested in, or introduce your vet.

Enquiries are open. Study enrolment is not. No treatment or product is currently offered through Repario.

A clear starting point

What you are
getting involved in.

Our current work explores veterinary research candidates and delivery formats. The first step is a conversation, with a clear distinction between an idea, a study and an available treatment.

Where we are looking.

The UK, Portugal and Spain are our initial focus for future dog and cat research interest. We have not announced participating clinics or study dates.

What you can do now.

Send a simple enquiry. Tell us your country and whether you are interested in dogs, cats or the early horse concept. You do not need to send medical records.

What it means.

An enquiry starts a conversation with Craig. It does not reserve a place, confirm eligibility or commit you or your animal to taking part.

From interest to an informed choice

You should know
what comes next.

There is no study open through this site today. Here is the pathway a future invitation would need to follow.

  1. Make an enquiry.

Prepare a short email here, review it, and send it to Craig. This website does not automatically add you to a mailing list or a clinical database.

  2. Read the study information.

If a relevant study opens, its information pack must explain what is being tested, who is running it, likely risks, visits, costs and what taking part involves.

  3. Talk with the study vet.

The veterinary team would assess suitability using that study’s criteria. Your animal’s welfare and existing care come first.

  4. Decide, with separate consent.

Taking part would require a separate informed-consent process. You should understand follow-up, emergency contacts and how to withdraw before deciding.

Three companions / Separate development

The same devotion.
Different needs.

Dogs, cats and horses need their own evidence. A format being explored for one is not a treatment recommendation for another.

Dogs

The starting point for our veterinary candidate and delivery-format work. The exact product, condition and study are still to be selected.

Cats

A neck-band concept is under development. Its intended function, materials and suitability need feline-specific assessment.

The questions that matter

A little more
clarity.

For a concern about your animal’s health, speak to your usual vet. This enquiry route does not provide medical advice or emergency care.

Is this a clinical trial?

Not at this stage. The website offers a way to enquire about the programme while the product and study work is developed. We will only describe a study as open when its veterinary leadership, protocol, permissions and consent documents are in place.

Can I buy or try something now?

No. There is no Repario product or treatment available through this programme. The horse patch and cat neck band are development concepts.

What would a study cost me?

Costs, reimbursements and the number or location of visits have not been set. A future study pack must make these clear before you decide whether to take part.

Does my animal need a particular diagnosis?

No study criteria have been set. Please do not send diagnostic records with an initial enquiry. A study veterinarian would request relevant information through a suitable process if screening opens.

Can I contact you from outside the three countries?

Yes, for a general enquiry. The initial focus is the UK, Portugal and Spain; this does not mean a study is available in any of those countries.

What happens to the information I enter?

The form prepares email text on your device. It does not submit or save it to a Repario database. If you send the email, Craig receives its contents and your email address. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry.

Let’s start with your question

A conversation.
No commitment.

Tell Craig which part of the programme interests you. Keep the first message simple; there is no need to share your animal’s medical history.

This is an owner enquiry, not a trial application. Email Craig directly at craig@repario.vet if you prefer.

Are you a veterinary professional? ↗
So Craig can reply to you.
Please do not include veterinary records, detailed health histories, identity documents or information about another person.

Your enquiry goes to Craig at Repario. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it. How enquiries work.
