Repario / Contact information

Privacy & enquiries.

A simple explanation of what this website does with the information you enter.

The enquiry forms

The owner and professional enquiry forms send what you type to Repario. We receive your email address and the details you choose to give. We use that to reply to you and for nothing else.

We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Repario except the service we use to host the website and deliver the form. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.

If you tick the box asking for updates, we send you one email to confirm that you meant to. You only join the list if you confirm. Every update we send has an unsubscribe link, and leaving is as easy as joining. Your lawful basis for updates is your consent; for answering an enquiry it is our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Share only what is needed

Please limit an initial enquiry to your question, country and relevant companion or professional interest. Do not include veterinary records, detailed health histories, identity documents or another person’s information. This route is not for emergencies, diagnosis or treatment advice.

Study registration

No clinical study registration or research database is open through this site. A future study would have its own privacy notice naming the responsible organisation, purposes, legal basis, recipients, safeguards, retention and participant rights, alongside its study information and consent process.

Your email enquiry

For questions about information you have emailed, or to request correction or deletion, contact Craig Krull at craig@repario.vet. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Site preferences and hosting

The motion control stores only your on/off preference in your browser. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes technical connection information to deliver and secure the site.

Your companion dedication

Dedication names are used locally to create your printable keepsake. They are not sent to Repario or placed in a public register.
